Position: Procurement Specialist 2 (090309)

Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA),
Division of Administrative Services (DAS) is recruiting a Procurement Specialist 2 in our Procurement Section
!

This position is in the General Government (GGU) bargaining unit as a range 16.

This position is open to Alaska Residents only. Please check our residency definition to determine if you qualify.

What You Will Be Doing:

As DMVA's new Procurement Specialist 2, you will assist in the support procurement activities for the department and collaborate closely with the Procurement Specialist
3. Your key responsibilities include procuring various goods and services, developing and assisting in specifications and scope of work, establishing evaluation criteria, and overseeing evaluation committees. You will also manage both small and large procurements in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and assist the department property officer with the management of state and federal accountable property when necessary.
