The Department of Revenue, Division of Child Support Services is recruiting for multiple Child Support Enforcement Specialist positions in Anchorage!
This position is open to Alaska Residents only. Please check our residency definition to determine if you qualify.
What You Will Be Doing:
We strive to ensure children receive their support through cooperation, collaboration, and innovation to drive our success with the communities, partners, and families we serve.
- The Child Support Enforcement Specialist I represents the full working professional level involved as a team member in the establishment, modification, and/or collection of child support.
Under general supervision, as a member of the establishment, domestic, or intergovernmental section, this position:
- Determines, performs, or directs the performance of required actions in case preparation and investigation to collect court-ordered or administratively determined child support payments from responsible parents
- Determines paternity
- Establishes child support orders
- Maintains quality customer service

As a federally funded agency and due to the federal tax information, we receive, we must comply with many federal laws, regulations and reporting requirements. This position requires in-person training, and office presence is required
