As the Public Assistance Programs Officer, you will manage the Fair Hearing Unit at the Division of Public Assistance. As the manager, you are responsible for the statewide administration of the Division of Public Assistance Fair Hearing function.

You will also provide management, coordination, and development of policy and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and to provide participants with due process through the fair hearing process.

This position is the primary Division fair hearing contact for the Department of LAW and client advocate attorneys.

This postion is located in Anchorage.

This position is a senior member of the Program Integrity Section leadership. You will work independently in a dynamic and time-driven environment.

The position offers the option to work full-time in an office setting or a hybrid telework schedule.
