Occupational Therapist - Providence Anchorage

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Daily therapy is performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.

We are hiring for Occupational Therapist positions in the Occupational Therapy Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK.

Position types:

• Part-time, 0.5 FTE, 8-hour Day shifts, 20 hours per week.
• Per-diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shifts, hours per week as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy
• Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

• 2 years in subspecialty

Pay range note:
The posted pay range is the base pay range. The successful candidate’s placement within the range is based on experience and other factors. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, on-call, overtime, and bonus opportunities.
