Location: Anchorage, AK
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $110K - $120K per year (DOE)

What You'll Do as an Occupational TherapistAs part of the Ancora Therapy Team
, you will:
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and daily function
- Teach adaptive techniques to help patients regain independence
- Assess and recommend home modifications to enhance safety and accessibility
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Train patients on assistive and adaptive equipment
- Monitor and document patient progress toward recovery goals
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Alaska
- 2+ years of experience (preferred)
- Strong communication & time management skills
- Valid driver's license
, clean driving record, and reliable transportation - Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
- Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
- CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
