Position Overview
Inabia Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Therapy team. This role focuses on providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting, supporting functional independence and improved quality of life.
The ideal candidate is patient-centered, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities related to daily living activities, mobility, cognition, and safety
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional improvement
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home safety
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other care team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and clinical standards
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Visits: Average of 5–6 patient visits per day
- Primary service areas include Anchorage and Eagle River, Alaska

Housing is not provided. Candidates relocating are encouraged to secure accommodations as early as possible to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Alaska
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Consistent weekday schedule with no weekends
- Manageable daily patient load
- Meaningful work in a patient-centered home health environment
