Overview

Under direct supervision provides direct patient interaction while assisting with meal selections, nutritional supplements and snacks within the prescribed medical nutrition therapy guidelines prescribed by the physician over the phone or in person. Provides professional communication with all clinical areas of the facility while ensuring patients and customer needs are being processed and completed in a highly, efficient manner. Ensures correct food types and diets within the prescribed medical nutrition therapy guidelines prescribed by the physician are being served to the right patient in a timely manner and patient requests are being met.

We are hiring for Call Center Representative position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Variable shifts, 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate s Degree Food service science and nutrition or related field.
• 1 year In a health care facility food service operation.
