- Work in a rehabilitation unit
- 13-week contract assignment
- Schedule is 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating to include weekends
- Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
- Weekend shifts are included in the schedule
- Responsibilities include providing comprehensive occupational therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in area of placement
- At least 6 months of recent experience in the applied OT role within the last 6 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- At least one professional reference required;
Florida and Missouri require two references - No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
