• Schedule is 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating to include weekends
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
• Weekend shifts are included in the schedule
• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive occupational therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in area of placement
• At least 6 months of recent experience in the applied OT role within the last 6 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• At least one professional reference required;
  Florida and Missouri require two references
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
