• 10 hour shifts, 7 days per week, week on/week off schedule
• Variety of patients including adolescents and adult detox patients
• Outpatient primary care facility
• New patient visits 1-2 hours, follow-ups 30 min-1 hour
• Must complete H&Ps within 24 hours of admission
• Minimum 12 months experience required
• Hospital privileges required

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
