Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• State of Alaska required fingerprinting and background check to be submitted through NABC
• Traveler will need to be in provisional or cleared status to be able to start their assignment

• Shift hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Schedule:
  
  4, 10-hour shifts
• Rotating schedule to include weekends

Kincaid Park has more than 40 miles of trails, and Chugach State Park begins at the city’s edge with Trailheads such as Flattop Mountain about 20 minutes from downtown. The Tony Knowles Coastal Trail stretches 11 miles along Cook Inlet, and the Alaska Railroad Depot provides rail access for routes to Denali and Seward. Downtown Anchorage includes the Anchorage Museum and the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, and Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is about 10 miles from the city center.
