Job Title:

Cardiac Device Admin Assistant

Department:

Provides diverse and advance assistance and support to Cardiac Rhythm and Device Specialist, Providers, Nurse Practitioners and other members of the clinical team. Completes specific projects and tasks assigned.

• Assists with inventory and tracking of patient devices.
• Assists with Pace Art and Home monitor database and patient records.
• Updates and maintains device schedules.
• Coordinates off-campus pacemaker/defibrillator and Loop recorder clinics.
• Provides patient and family education. Maintains timely flow of patients. Maintains and reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.
• Participates in enrichment classes, maintains professional affiliations, and is a member of appropriate professional organizations.

$23-$28/hr to start (dependent upon experience and education)

• Preferred:
  Associate degree in business or related medical field preferred but not required.
• Minimum:
  High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum:
  Two years of administrative experience with two years in a clinical setting and at least one year in cardiac related area.
