We are seeking a Therapeutic Counselor to provide outpatient therapeutic interventions and psycho-education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities Include- Delivering individual and family counseling sessions
- Assessing patient needs and developing tailored care plans
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions and progress
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related health field
- Family counseling or therapy experience
- Basic Life Support certification upon hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
