Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly. In house dementia training provided. We also offer a benefits package for all employees, including insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:Provide personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Observe and report any changes in residents' health and behavior to the appropriate parties
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing care and support to seniors, memory care being a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
Must pass a background check and drug screening
