Qualifications include:- Master’s degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license upon hire
- At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health or social services
- Minimum of 3 years in management or supervision
Leading teams to deliver ethical, patient-centered care aligned with standards, fostering teamwork and change, developing clinical programs, and managing resources effectively. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and operational oversight to support patient recovery and organizational goals.
