Part-Time Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA) to support patient care in a fast-paced medical office environment. Key Responsibilities Include

• Escort patients, record vital signs, and collect medical histories
• Prepare charts, labs, and reports for healthcare providers
• Answer calls, triage concerns, and document patient information
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Schedule appointments and provide patient education
• Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and using the EHR system

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and current CMA/MA certification
• CPR certification and at least one year of medical office experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and typing speed (~60 WPM preferred)
• Experience with EHR systems, preferably Greenway Intergy
