- Perform day-to-day laboratory testing while ensuring accurate and timely results and proper specimen handling.
- Perform testing across multiple laboratory disciplines, including Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology.
- Perform and review quality control, calibrations, proficiency testing and other laboratory quality activities.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, infection control, quality and regulatory standards.
- Manage laboratory supplies, reagents, inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot laboratory and instrument issues and assist with procedure development and implementation.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience as Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist.
- ASCP/AMT certification as MLS/MT
- Experience across multiple laboratory disciplines, including Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Must meet applicable facility and state licensing/credentialing requirements.
