Position Purpose

Provide outstanding food and beverage service by taking orders and delivering items in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner. This role is key to creating a welcoming Bistro experience and achieving a high level of guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests and take food & beverage orders
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and Bistro items
  • Recommend menu options and deliver excellent customer service
  • Operate POS system and handle payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
  • Friendly and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy shifts
  • Basic math and computer/POS skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule (hospitality is a 24/7 business)
