Weekend Part Time Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Clerk position.
Summary of PositionThe primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out and the coordination of hotel services. Responds to guest reservation requests, answers telephones, handles guest compliments or complaints, takes action deemed necessary, and handles cash, makes change, and balances an assigned house bank.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem‑solving skills.

Paid Holidays: Six paid holidays after one year of service (upon hire for salaried team members):

Paid Time Off (PTO): Available to all team members after one full year of service. Accrual begins day one and increases the longer you work with us.
Sick Leave: Available for team members employed in Oregon or Washington after 90 days of employment.
