What You’llDo
As aTicket Office Clerk you are often the first person at Alyeska Resortthat guests interact with, making you an integral part of the guest experience. The primary role of the Ticket Office Clerk is to issue tickets and provide exceptional guest service to customers. This role will require the Clerk to have knowledge of other resort offerings including Rentals, Snow sports School, Spa Packages, and Food and Beverage Outlets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sell daily lift tickets, seasonpasses,orspecial eventstickets to the public.

• Answers questions concerning fares, schedules, reservations, andprovideinformation concerning upcoming attractions/events.

• Retain up-to-date mountain information such as mountain conditions and events at the Resort and respond to generalinquiries.

• Ability to work well under pressure and ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of the mountain emergency operating plan and the ability toassistwhen the plan is activated.

What We Need

• Excellent customer service,interpersonal,and verbal communication skills.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude at all times.

• Accurate cash handling and POS experience, includingoperatinga cash register,is preferred.

• This role is open to year-round and seasonal applicants.

Be on alert and at times, on your feet, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work in a fast-paced, high-energy resort environment.
