Clean equipment, work tables, refrigerators, blocks, and other equipment to sanitary standards using specified chemicals;
Clean utensils and pots/pans by hand or in dishwashing machine and return to proper places;
Remove trash and garbage to designated areas;
Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors with heavy equipment;
Stock, date, rotate, and check temperatures of products; transfer supplies between storage and work areas;
Load and unload supply trucks; follow all security and safety procedures
