NMS is hiring for a Rotational Hotel Cook, Level 2, to support the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge in Bethel, AK. The role involves preparing and presenting diverse foods, completing production sheets, and supporting hotel restaurant operations.
The position operates on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation. Lodging and three meals per day are provided. Prior kitchen experience and food safety certifications are required; flu shots are needed pre-hire and annually.
