Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end HR contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and conduct regular compliance audits Assist HR with risk mitigation strategies and lead internal investigations regarding workplace conduct
Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal or senior HR role Experience in high-volume contract drafting and negotiation Bachelor's degree required; JD, Master's in HR, or Paralegal Certification preferred Previous experience in the Insurance or Technology sectors Certification as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), SHRM-SCP, or SPHR is preferred
