Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for helping others. As an HR Specialist at Shine Bright Care, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees’ growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent word-processing skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly
  • Advanced level computer proficiency
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently; exercises mature professional judgment
  • Knowledge of Medicaid Confidentiality, Privacy and Security laws, and regulations
  • High degree of accuracy in writing and editing skills; spelling, grammar, and proofing
  • Ability to create and merge documents, create graphs, pivot tables, fliers, and charts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software;
    Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Ability to proficiently use and manage internet-hosted database/client management system
  • Ability to efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience
  • Required:

    Two years of college or the equivalent in training and work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
