Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for helping others. As an HR Specialist at Shine Bright Care, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees’ growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives
- Highly organized
- Excellent word-processing skills
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Advanced level computer proficiency
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently; exercises mature professional judgment
- Knowledge of Medicaid Confidentiality, Privacy and Security laws, and regulations
- High degree of accuracy in writing and editing skills; spelling, grammar, and proofing
- Ability to create and merge documents, create graphs, pivot tables, fliers, and charts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software;
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher - Ability to proficiently use and manage internet-hosted database/client management system
- Ability to efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Required:
Two years of college or the equivalent in training and work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
