The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalis
t to join our administration team. This role is crucial in supporting HR operations across the company and ensuring all staff work in an atmosphere that fosters mutual respect and continuous improvement

Support HR operations across all areas, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relation - s.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation
- s.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedure

- y.Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidat
