EPIC BEAKER ANALYSTBluebird Staffing is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst for a 6-month contract with potential extensions.
Location:
50% on-site in Soldotna, Alaska, with 2 weeks per month.
Epic Beaker CP / AP Analyst

Travel Requirements:50% to Soldotna, Alaska, on-site, 2 weeks a month.
Required Skills:- Beaker CP certification
- Proficiency in building and validating complex tickets in Beaker AP & CP modules
- Experience with upgrades, new test builds, and integrations
- Conduct validation testing in Beaker CP and AP (majority in CP)
- Focus on CP Maintenance and Support (approx. 90%)
- Evaluate problem tickets, service requests, system changes, data retrieval, performance issues, and participate in resolution activities
- Assist with small project integrations and upgrades
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to optimize system configuration, functionality, and access
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application errors and system issues
