ERP HCM Functional Analyst; Systems Analyst - Range​/NON

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Analyst will leverage HR expertise to support system testing, provide ongoing support, and adhere to change management protocols for HCM modules. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving reported issues, updating system tables, assisting with testing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Benefits (BN), Time (TM), Payroll (PY), and Self-Service (XSS).

The role also collaborates closely with the ERP HCM Technical Analyst and ERP HCM Systems Manager to gather, document, and translate business requirements/processes and solutions for HCM modules, drafting detailed specifications and ensuring alignment with documented requirements.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent and eight (8) years of experience in the field related to the position.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline and six (6) years of experience in the field related to the position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline and four (4) years of experience in the field related to the position.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline and two (2) years of experience in the field related to the position.
