Network and Telecommunications Specialist 1 (PCN 044035) – Anchorage, AK.
What you will be doing:Provide independent technical support services to State of Alaska employees at the Department of Environmental Conservation in Anchorage. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network IT issues, track resolutions in a ticketing system. Plan, implement, maintain, and decommission servers to migrate to enterprise data solutions.

Minimum Qualifications- Configuration Management – knowledge of planning, updating, and integrating information system components.
- Learning – uses efficient learning techniques to acquire and apply new knowledge and skills.
- Network Management – knowledge of operation, management, and maintenance of network and telecommunication systems.
- Technical Problem Solving – ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, analyze, and identify system malfunctions.
- Equivalent experience through training in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or related field, or experience monitoring networks and providing technical support.
