Minimum is $92,886.63 annually, $3,572.57 bi-weekly.

We're looking for a Systems & Network Infrastructure Engineer to help drive the evolution of our technology environment. In this role, you'll serve as a senior technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our organization. You'll work with cutting‑edge technologies across cloud, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, storage, and disaster recovery while collaborating with talented teammates who value innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
WhatYou'll DoDesign the Future
- Architect and support hybrid infrastructure environments spanning Microsoft Azure and on‑premises systems.
- Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives utilizing cloud‑first strategies and automation.
- Develop technology standards and best practices that strengthen performance, scalability, and security.
- Engineer and support enterprise network environments including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, proxy servers, intrusion prevention systems, encryption devices, and WAN optimization technologies.
- Manage and maintain Fortinet and Cisco network and security platforms.
- Administer enterprise storage, backup, replication, and recovery solutions.
- Support virtualization platforms and server infrastructure.
- Drive vulnerability management, system hardening, and security initiatives.
- Ensure systems remain current through effective patch management and proactive monitoring.
- Maintain and enhance disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
- Support compliance and security requirements across the organization.
- Monitor infrastructure health and performance across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IP addressing, and VLAN architecture.
- Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and network topology maps.
- Support service delivery standards and help resolve complex technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience may substitute for education requirements.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
- 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or technical team leadership experience preferred.
Preferred certifications include:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Microsoft Azure certifications
- Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- Virtualization platforms
- Infrastructure automation tools
- Enterprise storage systems
- Backup, replication, and disaster recovery technologies
- Fortinet and Cisco networking solutions
- Enterprise cybersecurity practices
- Database and messaging systems
- Telecommunications infrastructure
