Capture Systems & Pipeline Coordinator - AI
The Capture Systems & Pipeline Coordinator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic use of systems supporting Ahtna's business development, capture, and proposal processes. This role serves as the subject matter expert for capture and pipeline systems, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of data used to support enterprise-wide opportunity tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.
Working closely with Proposal Managers, Pricing, Business Development, Capture, and subsidiary leadership, this role supports the evaluation and advancement of opportunities through established capture lifecycle processes. The position plays a key role in enabling data-driven go/no-go decisions, aligning pipeline visibility with business growth priorities, and improving system functionality and reporting capabilities across the organization.
The salary range for this position is $107,265-$133,545 per year. This position will be posted for 5 days or until filled. This position is Telecommute eligible.
Essential duties and responsibilities include administering and optimizing capture, CRM, and proposal management systems used to support business development and contract pursuits; serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for capture systems, tools, and data processes across the enterprise; configuring workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to support opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and proposal development; ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all capture and pipeline systems;
analyzing pipeline and opportunity data to support forecasting, prioritization, and strategic decision-making; supporting and informing go/no-go decision processes through data analysis, reporting, and insights; collaborating with corporate and subsidiary stakeholders to track, evaluate, and advance opportunities throughout the capture lifecycle; monitoring and researching federal, state, municipal, and tribal opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, IDIQs, and related solicitations; maintaining and enhancing processes for opportunity identification, tracking, and qualification;
generating and delivering reports and dashboards to leadership and stakeholders on pipeline health, trends, and performance; supporting competitive intelligence efforts by tracking award data, competitor activity, and customer insights; identifying opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and increased efficiency within capture and proposal workflows; training and supporting business development and capture teams on effective use of systems and tools; coordinating integration of data from third-party systems (e.g., Gov Win, SAM) into internal systems and processes;
providing guidance and support to Capture Analyst(s), including task prioritization and quality review of work products; and performing other duties as assigned.
Supervisory responsibilities include providing guidance, direction, and review of work to ensure accuracy and consistency in pipeline data and reporting.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Experience may be substituted for education on a 1:1 basis. Five (5) years of experience in federal government contracting, business development, or capture support. Five (5) years of experience using federal opportunity tracking systems (i.e. Gov Win, SAM) and/or CRM platforms. Demonstrated experience managing or supporting business systems, databases, or reporting tools.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Proficiency in Adobe business systems. Experience with SharePoint and/or database systems. U.S. Citizenship due to federal contract requirements.
Preferred qualifications include experience administering or configuring CRM or pipeline management systems; experience supporting proposal development, capture planning, or pricing functions; experience in services, environmental, engineering, or construction-related industries; valid Driver's license with a clean driving record, able to drive company vehicles; experience and knowledge of Alaska Native cultures.
