We implement capabilities using an expansive suite of mission planning software and hardware to provide direct sustainment support for our Air Force customers.
WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Integrate and configure the F‑22 Mission Support System (MSS) mission‑planning suite for day‑to‑day operations.
- Work directly with F‑22 pilots, maintainers, communications security, and system security to accomplish operational mission planning and post‑mission debrief support.
- Provide collaborative support, assistance, and guidance to the squadron weapons officer in establishing and maintaining F‑22 mission data sensor scenarios.
- Resolve anomalies across the mission‑planning hardware and software suite.
- Travel to numerous locations around the country and potentially around the world to work with the top F‑22 pilots in the U.S. Air Force; may be required to work odd hours, nights or weekends.
- Receive immunizations and meet/satisfy required medical and training readiness prerequisites for deployment as determined by DOD/USAF agencies, including vaccinations as directed by Executive Orders and public law.
- Wear Mission‑Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP) chemical protection ensemble.
- Obtain and maintain CompTIA Security+ certification within six months upon hiring and keep it current through continuing education.
- Be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.
- Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Resilient under challenges, adapting strategies to overcome obstacles and maintain momentum in improvement initiatives.
- Work well independently and value teamwork, communicating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals in fast‑moving environments.

Basic Qualifications- Minimum 5 years total experience in at least one or more of the following disciplines: systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, pilot, navigator, electronic warfare, or military intelligence.
- Current Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.
- Prior military aircrew, electronic warfare, or intelligence analyst experience.
- Engineering or computer science degree.
- Experience with design or test of 4th or 5th generation avionics/sensors.
- Experience with Tactical Data Links.
- Experience with Linux, Unix, or Solaris operating systems.
- Mission‑planning experience with aircraft or weapon systems.
- Security+ Certification.
- COMSEC/Crypto familiarization.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
Clearance LevelTop Secret with investigation or CV date within 5 years.
