Calista Corporation is seeking an entry-level Helpdesk Support Technician I in Anchorage, AK. You will provide front-line technical support for end users’ computer systems, hardware, and software, and work with network admins to keep systems running smoothly.
You’ll respond to calls and emails, identify and resolve issues remotely or on-site, and help train users on hardware, software, and network resources. Travel between Calista locations may be required.
