CTG is seeking to fill a Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Data Integration (P/T) position for our client.
Location: Anchorage, AK (hybrid remote)
Duration: 3 months
Position SummarySeeking an experienced Project Manager to support a healthcare data-sharing initiative focused on implementing interoperable client records, shared tools, and integration with existing IT systems. This role will serve as the primary liaison between participating stakeholders and a Health Information Exchange (HIE) partner organization, facilitating technical implementation activities, data governance requirements, pilot projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading complex IT implementation projects
- Healthcare, public sector, human services, or regulated industry experience preferred
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with healthcare data sharing, interoperability, or information exchange initiatives
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements and data governance principles
- Experience with vendor management, contract administration, RFPs, and SOW development
- Strong communication, change management, and organizational skills
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and project closeout activities
- Facilitate technical implementation efforts supporting interoperable client records and shared systems
- Establish governance structures, work groups, and communication plans
- Coordinate pilot project launches and evaluation activities
- Support data governance discussions and compliance requirements
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities
- Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
