Overview
Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the US Delivery Speed Organization for Outbound Transportation. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating transportation projects to improve delivery speed and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and oversee day‑to‑day transportation programs.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement transportation programs and initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify transportation needs and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze transportation data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data‑driven recommendations.
- Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes.

Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- 1+ years of supply chain experience.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
- Experience in MS Access and SQL.
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.

CompensationBase pay ranges from $57,800/year in the lowest geographic market to $106,100/year in the highest market. Pay is based on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
