Material Handler; Warehouse

Job Duties

Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Assists in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight. Acts as a liaison between the company and ULD repair vendors, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Able to lift 50 lbs. from ground to chest level without assistance and maneuver packages over 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Capable of walking, standing, bending, and squatting for designated work hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and stack packages overhead if required.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Must complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Effective communication skills in a noisy environment are required.

Job Conditions

This is a non-safety-sensitive position. A medical exam is required. Ability to work alertly and safely is essential. Valid driver's license required for operating motorized conveyances.

Pay Transparency

This salary range is an estimate of the current starting pay across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: $20.58/hr paid weekly

Tu-Sa 9p-3a or Sun-Thurs 9p-3a. Pay: $20.58/hr + $1.00/hr premium. Shifts may vary.
