POSITION SUMMARY
The Yard Assistant responsibilities include yard upkeep, helping customers with their fuel needs at the terminal, washing trucks, helping with warehouse organization, and various duties as assigned.

A. JOB DUTIES
- CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Assures procedures operate within the framework of organizational goals and objectives. - OPERATIONS:
Responsible for helping customers with fueling, yard upkeep, and helping in warehouse organization and cleanliness. Will assist in closing procedures for the office and yard. Will perform various other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED is required. - Experience

Must have previous money handling, credit card and cash register experience. Must have general knowledge of accounting procedures. - Licensure/Certification

If not already licensed or certificated, must be able to acquire propane certificate within 30‑days of hire. - Other Qualifications

Must be able to work cooperatively with others. Must possess the ability to make decisions according to pre‑defined guidelines. Must possess a desire to perform at a high level by doing more than required. - Attendance

Regular attendance is a requirement of this position. Position will be Monday thru Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm respectively. - English Language

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
