Part Time Maintenance Worker

Services, is a small organization providing Day Programs & Residential supports to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Performs general repairs and provides maintenance in our various business sites
• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues
• Assist with maintains inventory of maintenance supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with general tools desired
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

COMPENSATION:

• $16.00 - $18.00 an hour, commensurate with experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and stoop.
• Able to lift 50 pounds at a time as needed/occasionally
