• You're an experienced flat-rate technician -- 2+ years at a franchised dealership, low comeback rate, quality standard you hold without being managed
• You have Mercedes-Benz, European, Sprinter, or strong domestic experience -- we'll take the right technician from any background and put paid MBZ training behind them

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, advanced electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using XENTRY/DAS and OEM diagnostic procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization
• Execute repairs to Mercedes-Benz factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and no shortcuts
• Document all diagnostic findings and completed work accurately on repair orders
• Stay current on MBZ technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience at a franchised dealership -- required
• Mercedes-Benz, European, luxury brand, Sprinter, or strong domestic technician background -- Mercedes-Benz or European experience preferred and reflected in rate; any brand with strong diagnostic fundamentals welcome
• XENTRY/DAS diagnostic platform experience preferred -- or equivalent diagnostic tool proficiency; paid MBZ training provided
  
  Strong diagnostic foundation with a low comeback rate and a quality standard that holds under volume
• ASE certifications a strong plus -- MBZ factory certifications highly valued and reflected in rate from day one
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• $30 - $45/hr flat rate, DOE
