As a Senior Talent, Learning & OD Partner your role will focus on assist with the development and implementation of programs and initiatives in the areas of talent review, succession planning, assessment and coaching instruments, and performance management. You will act as point of contact for Care Delivery International and have the opportunity to directly influence the success of our company through myriad development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to deliver end‑to‑end talent management solutions.
  • Lead TM/OD projects and manage external vendors.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning and HIPO identification, track development progress.
  • Support executive and HiPo development programs and deliver assessments (e.g., 360s).
  • Provide guidance on leadership development, career planning and performance management.
  • Design and support team development, competency frameworks and career pathing initiatives.
  • Maintain internal TM documentation and act as SME for performance and talent processes.
Your Profile
  • 5–8 years’ experience in talent management, including organizational development, training and performance management
  • SHRM‑CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships at all organizational levels
  • Experience with competency models (preferred)
  • Highly collaborative, team‑oriented working style
  • Strong attention to detail, with flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills, with strong executive communication presence
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
