We are looking for an energetic and motivated General Manager for one of our busy limited-service hotels in Anchorage, Alaska. This individual will possess a track record of management success and will have the opportunity to lead our staff and provide our customers with the finest service.
Key Responsibilities- Interview, hire, train, and coach all staff members.
- Task assignment and counseling.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve company goals.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and repeat business.
- At least 5 years of hospitality management experience.
- Current resident of Alaska.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.

$65,000 - $100,000 yearly
