General Manager - Runners' Edge Alaska; Sports Physical Therapy Practice, Anchorage

Runner's Edge Alaska is looking for a General Manager who can help us build the best sports physical therapy practice in Alaska.

We need a strong, honest, and trainable leader who can take ownership of the business side of the practice so the CEO can spend less time in daily operations and more time leading the future. This person will oversee HR, payroll, benefits, landlord and facility issues, compliance follow-through, day-to-day problem solving, miscellaneous emails, referral source communication, community engagement, and operational coordination across the company.

This role will work closely with clinical directors, billing, and the admin team to create alignment, accountability, and excellent execution as Runner's Edge grows toward $3-4 million in revenue.

The ideal candidate has experience running or helping run a $3+ million PT practice, understands how to lead people and systems in a growing healthcare business, and wants to be part of building something truly meaningful. They are honest, calm under pressure, operationally sharp, and motivated by the chance to help shape a company with heart, ambition, and a strong mission.
