As the Relationship Manager — our client s "Director of First Impressions" — you ll be the first friendly face clients see and the first voice they hear on the phone.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking, sorting, responding to, and sending emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Keeping the office clean, neat, and orderly
• Assisting with preparing forms and stocking office supplies
• Supporting other office tasks as needed

This is a great entry point into the financial planning industry, with genuine room for growth — most current employees have worked their way up within the company, and the firm actively encourages and supports continuing education.

• Little to no experience required — any relevant experience is a plus
• Schedule:
  
  Approximately 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
• Location:
  
  Anchorage, conveniently located near the University District
• Closed on stock market holidays

• After one year: 401(k) with profit share
• QSEHRA for medical: up to $6,450/year for single coverage, up to $13,800/year for family coverage
• After 90 days: one Friday off per month
• Paid holidays
• Weekly office-covered lunch every Wednesday
