Northrim Bank in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I or II to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring branch performance and security.
You’ll coach staff, drive deposits and loans, and partner with the Branch Manager to mentor employees and maintain smooth daily operations. Minimum 3+ years in financial services with 2+ years supervisory experience preferred;
Alaska Life Insurance or FINRA licenses are a plus.
