In this key leadership role, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, inventory management, customer service, human resources, and financial performance. • Partner with the General Manager to achieve operational, financial, and sales goals.
• Help lead and develop a team committed to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily business activities including production, purchasing, inventory control, delivery operations, and administrative functions.
• Support recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, expense management, and financial performance analysis.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
• Step into overall location leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Approximately 8+ years of leadership or operational management experience.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, inventory, operations, or sales performance.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
