Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Responsibilities include assembling equipment, dry goods, and liquor following procedures and assembly diagrams according to established processes. Sorting, wrapping, and packing airline dry goods, liquor, and equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications. Maintaining production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer requirements. Managing liquor inventory and documentation.

• Work around moving parts and wet floors.
• Walk, stoop, bend, and stand for an entire work shift.
• Follow and understand customer specifications and paperwork.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• Use fingers and hands to handle equipment.
• Flexible and able to react to changing priorities.
• Have good organizational skills and adapt to frequent changes in specifications and diagrams.
• Push up to 70 lbs with rolling carts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Work in a 24/7 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays subject to change due to shift bidding.
