RN Resident – IP Rehab and Acuity - SESH

Position Overview

Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for an RN Residency program at Providence St. Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. The residency will begin on July 27, 2026.

The program provides structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors. It is designed for newly graduated RNs with less than 12 months of experience.

Full‑time, day and night shift availability. A sign‑on bonus is available to eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment, in addition to the standard benefits and compensation package.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Upon hire:
  Alaska Registered Nurse license.
• New graduate with 12 months of experience or less.
