As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Manager of Critical Care Services, you will oversee the daily operations and administration of the critical care unit, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive critical care experience, and a dedication to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the critical care unit.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build and maintain a skilled and cohesive team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
- 3 years of experience in critical care nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
