3 years Clinical experience.
2 years Recent clinical supervisory experience or charge nurse experience.
Preferred qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must obtain a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher within 30 months of hire. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at each facility by the most senior administrative nursing leader in consultations with the Human Resource Leader.)
Upon hire:
Certification within area of expertise or practice (Nursing Management, CCRN, CEN, etc.)
