Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

- Deliver basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

- Perform wound care, including cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Conduct procedures such as administering injections and catheterizations within the LPN's scope of practice.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and responses.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans to promote understanding and adherence.
- Assist with patient hygiene, grooming, mobility, and comfort.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe, clean environment for patients.
- Valid LPN license in any U.S. state.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Experience with medical documentation and maintaining patient records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
