As a mission-based, community-focused service, the clinics provide the perfect work-life balance with a 3‑day week schedule. Express Care serves as a critical access point for the organization, supporting overflow of patients from primary care, urgent care and emergency departments. It offers a variety of services that demand critical thinking and clinic-based procedures, engaging providers daily. Express Care provides access to communities both in person and virtually, while offering a more predictable day with a schedule of 30 twenty‑minute appointments in a 12‑hour period.
Although this position offers autonomy in practice with a single provider model supported by a medical assistant, a large support structure is in place with a broader team connected virtually. Compensation includes a generous base salary with potential productivity incentives.
Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, and be able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, embracing the opportunities to respond to community needs as they arise.
