• OT: after 8 hours
• Shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM, days with on call
• Unit:
  Surgery (OR), Cost Center: 701
• On-Call: Required, approximately 4–5 shifts per 4 weeks; weekend on call possible
• Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 1 Surg Tech

• Operating Rooms: 11
• Staff: 70
• Shift Options:
  Days (0630–1900), Swing (0900–2130, 1100–2330)
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Equipment: EMR – EPIC
• On Call Requirements:
  Varies, approximately 4–5 shifts per 4 weeks; weekend on call possible

• Experience in Orthopedics, Neuro
• ACLS, BLS certification
• AK permanent license, state background and fingerprint clearance

• Experience with Davinci XI, Vascular, ENT, General, etc.
• Experience in CV Surgery

• THA, Anterior THA, TKA, TSA, Lumbar Spine, Cervical Spine
• Lap Appy, Lap Chole, Hysterectomy, Abscess I&D, Amputations
• Pediatric Dental, CABG, AVR/MVR, Mastectomy, etc.
